The dynamic seismic measurement system is a system that measures the behavior of a building by installing a shaker on the second floor and actually generating small earthquakes (approximately seismic intensity 1 to 2) to shake the building in the east-west and north-south directions. It can quantify the level of seismic intensity up to which the building remains safe, something that conventional seismic assessments could not achieve.
